Question for Publishers

When you launch product how exactly are refunds handled? And do you hire someone to deal with customer service or do you just refund someone if they ask you a million questions?

Appears that they just debit your account unless you get charge backs in which case it is $18, but if you have more than 1% charge back rate in any 90% period you get owned with an additional $35 fee.

Hmm. doesn't seem like that would happen too often.
