Hello from Pattaya Thailand

Hello everybody! My name is Bill and I am originally from Miami but now live in Pattaya Thailand, “The wildest most fun city on the face of the earth.” For those of you making big money Pattaya is the place you want to go for a vacation and I will be glad to show you around.

I make my money here by buying, renovating and sell condos. You can take a look at the site below to see some of my condos. They are all sold except Condo 1, which I have 4 of in the same building. The prices are in Thai Baht, so you need to divide by 34 to get the US dollar price. Each one of these condos has a 40% ROI.

After I built that site I was not getting very much traffic so I built a site reviewing Pattaya Real Estate agencies.

With both of the sites together I have NEVER sold one of my condos. But, one night when I was in a drunken state while checking my stats I found somebody advertising a condo for sale that knew nothing about the market and was selling it $20,000 below its market value. I bought it the next day and sold it the day after that and made $15,000. So I guess I have made some money from the sites.

The review site was only 15 pages long when I first started and I was making $15 a month from adsense. I was making $1 per page per month. Not so bad. So I decide to build 2 sites on real estate for New York and Florida. These are huge sites with over 500 pages combined which 2 months to build. What a waste of stinking time!!! The adsence I made from them is next to nothing.

Since I only work 2 or 3 hours a day when I am building a condo and then don’t work at all when I am waiting for them to sell. I felt I needed to find another source of income, just in case the market ever slowed down and to give me something else to do, besides playing golf and going to the GO GO bars every night and bringing a different girl home all the time. That part never gets boring, but it is the day time I needed to fill up.

First I tried the Adult niche that was a waste of FN time.

So this time, before I started I researched for weeks trying to find something that works. I was checking out Sitepoint for a site to buy for months. The first site I wanted to buy was a real estate related site making big money through adsense, but the owner told me I needed to know how to write computer code (Pearl) to maintain it, so that was out. The next site I found I wanted to buy was sold before I could bid on it.

He said he was netting $1,000 a month in profits spending $200 a month on PPC campaigns.

I said to myself I could build that site, but now I need to know how to market it. I spent the next month reading everything I could find on affiliate marketing at the different forums. No more jumping into something I know nothing about until I did my research on how to make it successful.

I found this site through one of NCmedias post at DP. I downloaded a lot of his material and read it all. I have read everything you wrote and downloaded all your material, so thanks a lot, it was a big help.

At this site I found Linus Rylander download on “Bum Marketing,” since I don’t have access to the rest of the site anymore I can’t tell you his screen name. This was I big help and I really enjoyed reading it. This is great information and really funny reading. I want to thank you for supplying this and I am going to follow it to the letter.

The only bad part though is, I don’t know how to use Wordpress. Damm it, so that’s going to take a least a month of learning to get my first blog up, which I know I have to do to be successful.

I also found a great deal of other info and down loads at other sites that have been helpful. I wish I had bookmarked them when I found them so I could share it with the rest of the new guys.

After doing all the research I knew the first thing I needed to do was to get a good domain name. I spent half a day using Google’s word tool researching a name for my site and I can up with “TradingForexReviews.Com.”

This is my first question, do you think that is a good name? Any comments will be appreciated.

For the last 2 days I have been building my website, half of which was on the phone with GoDaddy get them to set up my account so it worked correctly. Below is what I have so far, only the home page and Trading System pages work, I will finish the rest the next few days. Any reviews on what I have done so far will be helpful.

Since I now longer have access to the rest of the site, I guess this will be my first and last post here. I don’t understand how if you’re promoting the owners products why he does not want to give you as much help as possible. But I guess he has his reasons.

I was waiting I while until I was further along to ask a few questions on some other helpful sites I found and get your comments on whether you have used them, are they worth the money and do they do what they say they do? What are the pitfalls utilizing these products and what are the upsides to trying them. Below is a list of sites I found, any comments on their worthiness would be helpful.

In conclusion I found this forum very helpful and I am sad I will no longer have access to the expert’s advice in affiliate marketing I found here. I only thanked two people, but there were many more post I found very useful. I especially like the success stories portion of the site, it gave me inspiration.

Since I no longer have the ability to post any where else any answers to the above questions will be very beneficial.

Once again I will state that I fail to understand if you’re promoting the owners products why would they not want to help you as much as they possibly can? The only answer I have come up with is that it is just too much work for him to monitor the site. As it is I am sure he only sleeps a few hours a night and then it is right back to his computer.

Wow, that is what I call an intro mate - I'm going to upgrade you for your efforts. However I'm still going to open your eyes to a few things in my world, how it operates, and why this move was needed.

* Of COURSE I want more people here, you'd think if I had 5000 people here all oogling at how we sell, it would turn into a much bigger, stronger sales force right? In a perfect world this would be true.

Unfortunately, and I've said this many times before - I would much rather have 10 superaffiliates and partners than 1000 shady newbies, thus inadvertently diluting my whole stable and attracting MORE shady newbies, eventually turning this place into a cheating, stealing, lying, corrupt, plagarizing, misleading haven for these brats to come and ruin (i.e. DP).

So while one thinks that this is a bad move for me, thinking long term wise, I'll say it again, I'd rather have 10 super affiliates here than 1000 corrupt brats. Now when I see someone that obviously has skills, is far from needing coaching or brushing up on skills, or who shows a real effort, I have no problem with upgrading them for life, and I'm sure MANY people will still find their way here through my heart+analytics of who they are, why they are really here.

There are other paid forums that cost a hell of a lot more and you get less, and there are also TONS of free forums where you may indeed find little golden nuggets of info. However no forum exists where the sole purpose is a closed loop internal family of earners sharing and uplifting the community day to day in positive ways. The only way to do this is through positive people, the only way to positive people is a filter system, the current way of filtering people is a measely $7, which in my opinion is still not enough.

So when I see an intro like this, followed by 'i'll see guys around because I can't post anymore' - I think of two things a) Who is this person, why can't they afford the $7 and would rather mingle with free forum junkies, and b) Does this person 'need' any info here or are they more likely to contribute not just take/sponge this place. If efforts are transparent, as you've been - I'd be more inclined to read this and upgrade you on the spot like I have.

Hope that has allowed you to see this from my view mate - I have indeed created a monster and if I didn't have a heart I would simply spam the shit out of the IM world and get my 10K members here within a month, let them all kill each other for sales, and not be here EVER to help, just assign some money and mods and I'm gone... This is not my goal, and hopefully instead this place will be 1000 real IM'ers, monetizing our stable and resources within a closed loop environment with less fear of being raped for their knowledge, landers, ads, keys, and the 1001 other small things I've seen accumulate to make me have to put this stupid $7 policy up.

I live in paradise a Disneyland fantasy type of place. Even when I try to explain it to my friends back home they don’t understand. Until they come for a visit and then it changes their entire life style and come back three and four times a year. In Pattaya, there are 5,000 bars and 150,000 single women. How bad can life be?

It is unusual for a Thai girl to live outside of Thailand, they hate leaving. Did she go to college in the states, which is how most of get there. It is even more unusual for you girlfriend to bring you back with her on vacation. They know as soon as you get here there will be some many girls after you that they don’t want to take the chance of losing you.

The weather is great. I am from Miami. Pattaya is just a little hotter than Miami is all year around. Hope you have a good time when you come.
