Rift Supremacy in 2012 - New Owner, Updates & More...

Afternoon all,

You may be wondering why I might be posting on behalf of a very successful product - Rift Supremacy, when we all know Chris launched this product back in April 2011. Well, the reason is that Chris graciously offered me Rift Supremacy, after I had shown an interest in the site a couple of months earlier. We came to a deal, and now the site belongs to me.

I am a big fan of Chris's and have watched him grow his portfolio for quite sometime, we speak quite often and I would like to title him as a friend, not just a business man. Any ways, the point is Rift Supremacy will be relaunched over the up and coming weeks, you may not notice any difference on the front end (for a while at least) this is because I am currently improving the back end, improving members interaction, path after sale and overall customer satisfaction. The reason being, well the site has over 1,000 members and I want to ensure each and every member is satisfied with the level of support, response and guidance the Rift Supremacy team are giving them.

Rift's Current Market

You may be thinking, jeez Rift launched in April 2011, there still can't be a market for that game. Well, if so - you are wrong! Trion (publishers behind Rift) are probably one of the most active, responsive publishers in online gaming. They listen to their consumers, they understand their needs and they actively update the game with new patches (1.7 came out today!). This is important because it ensures that their customer base remains loyal, and loyal users bring in subscription fees which = $$$

Three big things which have happened in Rift recently are:

1. Trion had an $85 million investment, which means new games for Trion but also means extra support & development on Rift.

2. As mentioned earlier, Rift patch 1.7 has just been released & with this release comes the ability to get married. This is important because, Rift are now going for the Guiness World Record for the 'most virtual marriages within 24 hours' on Valentines day. This is important because it brings an all new level of exposure to Rift thus being new customers.

3. Rift has also just opened a 'Free Trial' for new customers to open an account and play for free up to level 20, with no limit on how long they can play. This means a huge new customer base for affiliates to tap in to.

So, you may be wondering - hell why am I interested in all this? Well,...

If you want to make money with Clickbank, then Rift Supremacy is the perfect answer. Check out these statistics below from some conversions in the past 14 days...

The majority of affiliates are consistently converting at less than 10 hops per order, and over 50% convert up sells as well!

If ever was there a time for you to promote Rift Supremacy, the time is now. I am currently split testing landing pages, split testing price variations and I have a whole array of marketing strategies which are currently being planned.

Future of Rift Supremacy

There is one main competitor for Rift Supremacy and that is Xerxes, they have a higher gravity than Rift Supremacy, but no doubt that is because Chris has been a busy man with all of his other projects and hasn't shown Rift Supremacy the love. But, Xerxes has a product which doesn't stand it's ground compared to Rift Supremacy, I have been doing some corporate espionage and they do not provide video guides in HD quality, they don't provide as many detailed guides as Rift Supremacy does, and their customer support lacks some what.

This is my adopted baby, I have no other Clickbank projects and I am determined to make this a bigger success than it already has been.

Plan of action

1. Remarket Rift Supremacy as the No.1 Rift Guide available.
2. Partner or Advertise with the majority of large Rift fan sites, for example RiftJunkies.
3. Google Adwords campaigns to test and increase brand awareness.
4. Expand the dedicated Rift Supremacy team, to help maximise our support and have our updates available on launch.
5. Split test, Split test and Split test some more.
6. Create more upsells, downsells, sidesells, widesells and all that
7. Dominate the market!

And I need YOU!

Think of it this way, I will be doing so much stuff to Rift Supremacy, including the advertising above that demand for the guide is going to go through the roof. I won't be using an affiliate link, therefore no cookie will be in place, it's basically there for the taking.

All you need to do is get a blog up and running and write a couple of articles a week, 500 words in length - talk about Rift guides, rift leveling guides, rift mage guides, rift cleric guides, rift builds, rift mage builds e.t.c there is a massive variety of long tail keywords for you to target.

Better yet, I will soon be creating a case study for you to watch from day 1!

So, if you don't yet promote Rift Supremacy and your looking for a high converting, stable product in a growing market to promote then Rift Supremacy is the one for you.

I'll probably try to start promoting this soon. I've been working on Chris' new product (SWTOR savior) and was able to start making sales within 24 hours and still am. Now that I've got my articles laid out for that I'm just building links to them so I'll branch out to this next. Seems like the conversions are pretty good and a solid market.

I had a very successful adwords campaign for this earlier and although I've no intention of returning to adwords soon, I would definitely start promoting this again should an adcenter coupon be available in the near future.

The only suggestion I can make is to try and include more details on the leveling aspect of the guide-pictures/videos of leveled characters or ones with gears/plat etc. Good luck with the guide and I'll see if I can find my rift campaign's excel file somewhere and send it through.

@Brada, Yeah SWTOR is a great game to promote, I can definitely vouch for the quality of products Chris creates and if you are already successful with SWTOR you definitely will be with RIFT, since the demographics/target market is quite similar and the method to promoting/getting paid is very similar too. So, what ever is working for you on SWTOR is likely to work on Rift as well.

@Medic, That's great to hear, I used to have a good campaign on Adwords for this product too - I am looking to create another one today too. Be sure to send me the campaigns, always good to have some PPC data, see if I am missing on anything and by all means give RIFT another go when you get some time

Thanks for your kind words and as we talked about I am really glad that this went to a Chopper as oppose to someone that would not send it soaring!

I have spoken to Will a lot over the last few months and I have no doubt that this will very soon be the top Rift guide out there!

Also I have a good idea that the site converts. :P

@Chris, thanks bro - you have been a great support, and have provided some added insights and have always helped me when I needed it. Yeah, with what I have planned, I definitely think it can work - just need to get over the first couple of hurdles then I will be on the way!
