Launched Site Yesterday - One Sale Today

It's 4:30 am...just woke up for a round of bodily functions and thought I would check my ClickBank account. BOOM...first sale!

I started with DUBturbo late last week, spent the weekend building my site, launched it yesterday with a teeny, tiny hyper targeted AdCenter PPC campaign to make the site happy until SEO kicks in and just saw with groggy eyes my first sale...actually 1 sale with 2 upsells. Hopefully this is the start of a trend and not just beginners luck. Either way I'm pretty stoked!

Thanks to the the DUBturbo team and the NicheChoppers forum. I've started and stopped many attempts and affiliate marketing but this is the first time I really followed it through and it's in large part to finally finding a product I dig and a forum that's not full of scheisters trying to sell each other a load of MMO wizardry.

Those sales with upsells are awesome and can really add up when you get a couple in one day

Keep doing what you're doing, find what worked/works and scale from there.

There's an old saying "you get a sale, congrats it could have been anything from skill to fluke, you get two sales congrats you might actually have something here, you get three sales in a matter of a short time and you're definitely onto something" < This is for new/intermediate marketers and campaigns but I think it applies to all even new vendors/offers. I was blinded a few times when I launched a few offers and saw sales start trickling in thinking it's going to blow up big and it dies, and I've launched sleepers (dubturbo was a meticulous sleeper) that grew with care like a chia pet - once it was proven and mastered, it was unstoppable!

Glad to see you found your corner in this game - feels good doesn't it?

Thanks! At this point in the game I'm afraid the stress of waiting for my phone to buzz would give me an ulcer...haha...and when it finally did I'd probably cause a multiple car pile-up on the highway.

Whew, FINALLY a second sale! Took just over a week but it finally came in. I think:

1) I got my first sale so quickly after launch because it was during a holiday when people had more time to shop, and probably had some cash in hand from Christmas.
2) Things dried up after that, because of a typical post-holiday slump from people getting back into their routines.
3) I still don't really have a lot of traffic anyway...very grateful to even have TWO sales at this point...haha.
