It is POSSIBLE to earn money with Google AdCents!

I started AM in October 2010 after talking to Ashley.

I really thought it was easy - you just put down a few websites and money will just pile up into your bank account overnight! Reading the 30 Day Challenge I thought this cannot be it - it seems to simple and much too easy. So I started looking and searching all over the internet for information on how to make money in Affiliate Marketing - that is how my 1st website affiliatevirgings.com saw the light.

Well, I did not read just the 30 Day Challenge, I literally read more than 30 different versions of it I found everywhere. Strange enough, all recommended exactly the same steps and tasks as mentioned in the 30 Day Challenge - some added more steps, others use other marketing platforms, but in the end the 30 Day Challenge is definately THE GUIDE to follow if you are new!

Obviously I lost a few months researching "better ways" to make money - what a waste of time! If I had just followed the 30 Day Challenge I could have been much better off already!

One of the golden rules is to first create something that works - then multiply that working concept over and over! Well, I am for one still working a day job, so I only have time in the evenings and secondly I have a wife that blames me for wasting time in front of a computer. So weekends are the only time I have to work on my web sites. Again I broke the rules here - instead of building one web site and making it work, I bought 20 domain names (without research!) and started building my sites. Doing one thing to all my sites over a weekend - it took me months just to complete all of them!

To make o long story short, my web hosting company suspended my sites because I was getting too much traffic (consuming too much bandwidth) - this forced me to start all over again! I learned a valueable lesson - never use the same company for both your web hosting anf domain registration - now my web hosting is with HostGator and my domains with NameCheap.

The heading of this post is not spelt wrong - I was literally making cents with all 20 of my web sites - most days I even got sweet blue buggerall! Well as I built back links I was slowly seeing more than cents - until a week ago I was estatic to see $1 or $5 a month - combined income of all my web sites! Most of my domains experied begining of December and I only kept the top 10 sites with the mosty traffic. My biggest achievement was to earn my first $100 cheque from Google on the 27th of Novemeber which the will pay after 31 December! ($100 after 13 months of work)

WOW! All this just for a simple $100 ??? Nope! Something strange is happening - from 16th December my earnings jumped from $1 or $5 a month to a whopping $30 a day! At first I thought it is just a fluke, but since 16th December the daily AdCents changed to AdSense with a minimum of $30 a day - some days slighty higher but it seems that I am going to make more money this month than all the months combined since October 2010.

What is even stranger is that when I investigated on Google I found that 6 of my sites were not approved! Of the 4 that was approved, only 1 site is generating all this money! That site went from 10 and 20 hits a day to over 1,000 hits over night! So if you want to make money, follow the 30 Day Challenge to get your web site onto page 1 of Google! Just think how much you will earn if all your sites are on page 1 of Google? In my case, 10 sites x $30 per day = $9,000 per month!

I have got 1 site on page one, now for the other 9 ...

This is awesome dude, so it is just that one keyword driving all the traffic or...?

Willyboy - I actually always use the maximum of 100 keywords. But the traffic is generated for ONE KEYWORD and that keyword just happens to be an EXACT MATCH of my domain name

Just checked Google Adsense account again - not a fluke, make another $30+ at least for today! If this keeps on going I am going to hit my 1st $1000 this month! (Or very close to it anyway ...)

Awesome! Keep working on it mate and diversify a bit as well. Are they all Adsense? I've heard accounts getting banned for very little so just keep that in mind. Don't rely on one source of income.

BT2009 - That is exactly my fear as well - all of them are auto-blogs targeting Adsense and Amazon products. The fuckup is that if they suspend my account for whatever reason they want to, they are not going to pay out one single cent! There are quite a few VIP's in this forum that lost huge amounts just because Google decided something was not according to their rules.

Today I actually realized I still had a exit redirection plugin installed on all my sites - I must receive a Olympic Gold Medal for the quick removal of that plugin from all my sites Had a look at the other plugins installed but I cannot see how anyone of them could be in violation of any Google rules - mostly SEO and auto back linking plugins.

Anyway, I will accept everything they pay me as I am making more these last couple of days than the previous 13 months cumulative in total. When I last checked the income is already past $50 for today and today will only end tomorrow around 10h00 ...

hmmm I think auto-blogs + adsense is against their policy. Just did a quick search on google and it definitely seems that way. Unless somehow you're adding value to the dupe content.

That is the beauty of it - I am using a plugin that takes articles from the internet - exactly as is, with author links and all, and by just adding a paragraph above and below it completely makes it unique and secondly full credit is still given to the author.

There are many others that strips the author links, spins the content and who know what else - that is why I paid $97 for this plugin because it does something that Google loves!

Interesting stuff.. that plugin seems like it's curating (the new trend in content marketing). Hmm...should i try something like this?

It is still a risk although the developer do not think so. He has a lengthy discussion and explanation how and why it is safe, but if you do something like this and gets burnt, you are the only one to blame. I was willing to take the risk. Also read the top post again ... of my 10 web sites 6 are NOT accepted by Google. Enough said.

As they say ... if you cannot stand the heat ... get out of the kitchen!

Good luck with raising you profit but it is a little strange for me that you have so much traffic and yet your site is PR-0

What does that mean exactly that 6 sites 'are not accepted by Google'? They're banned from AdSense or not showing up in Google's search results? And congrats for getting paid at last, 13 months without any revenue I'd have gone crazy by now :P

In Google WebMaster tools for AdSense it shows "Not Accepted" and below the domain name it shows a link to appeal - I think it means that these sites are not "approved" for AdSense and thus Google would not allow Adsense earnings from these sites? (Just my logic)

Oh ya, I am back at Ad Cents but it was FUN and very EXCITING while it lasted! Yesterday the peak of ZAR514 (approx $65) was achieved. First dropped to about $8 and now it is back at $1 to $3 combined for all the sites

Unfortunately for me I saw and experienced 1st hand what CAN happen if a page gets ranked in Google. Now I am sort of in a very unhappy place.
