Why have we changed?

We have changed our affiliate platform YOU (affiliates) in mind. These changes have been made to improve conversion rates, and increase affiliate earnings.

In truth, we have never been a perfect match for Clickbank. We have over 270+ products and we had to “bolt-on” a checkout system to Clickbank, which just wasn’t flexible enough to operate as a real checkout system should. This means that we couldn’t discount as flexibly as we wanted, couldn’t try new discounts or prices quickly, and the new up-sell system just isn’t really possible.

That is without mentioning that Clickbank is 90% Internet Marketing / Make Money Online products... We are not “just another Clickbank product” which will launch, spike, then die....

I like that front End...what software are using for the Aff programme...I'm using idev affiliate Platinum for my FX (physical product) stuff.

I can't see why anyone would use ClickBank?

It's waaaaay too easy for people to get a refund, in fact, they have created an environment that encourages refunds imo.

We did buy iDev, but there were some things we didnt like about it, and some control we didn't have.. so now our entire affiliate program / software is hand-coded from scratch and completely unique to us.

Now we have complete control to change cookie time, commission % on an individual affiliate basis, to allow quality affiliates to link to us without an affiliate link (we recognize their site as where the click came from and apply their affiliate ID to the visitor for them), we can even do CPA payments, again at whatever level we want, and maybe only for certain affiliates..

Really want this to be market leading, and not just on a Clickbank product level, but actually maket leading in terms of affiliate program features generally.

Tough love - don't get lazy mate, if you flesh that site out you will see more sales.. write UNIQUE content and articles, and don't leave a gap of a couple of months or longer - write 10 articles "___product name___ hypnosis"x10 - read our salespages, DONT COPY and paste, but write your own "how it works" article of 400+ words explaining how hypnosis helps you to ___ ... make a few backlinks to them and you will see much more

Just to clarify, in reality, this is a ridiculously amazing EPC - $7 per click... you are pretty much my best affiliate in terms of EPC now hehe :P But in reality I think you are a little lucky as it is a repeat buyer, and this is not really the norm... but epcs of $1+ over the long term are.. and this just shows what is possible in a best case scenario if you get a couple of repeat buyers

Looking sick as always Dan, you seriously get the best conversion rates I ever see.

Are you going to be having a January sale or a promotion of any kind to cash in on the whole new years resolution (weight loss, stop smoking etc. etc.) would be cool to see the conversions you get then!

We wanted to , but tbh, we are pushing so hard over these next few days, and then we have ANOTHER site wide sale of 30% off EVERYTHING... this is just after a previous one in Thanksgiving... that we didn't know how to make our "Weight Loss Sale" sound unique compared to these sales, so we're just not...

but coming in approx 2 months time is a world leading "Gastric Band Hypnosis" weight loss program - a multi session program which will actually be world leading and priced at $maybe300 (?).. so shame this won't be ready for the January weight loss rush.. but it just won't and want to get it right , bah, we're evergreen, we'll still be selling it this time next year

Edit: I like to be really open and honest - these amazing, "best ever seen conversion rates" are form my list.. my buyers and subscribers, who like my product, are educated now in hypnosis, and are used to getting offers from me.. of course they convert highly.. if you promote then your raw traffic won't convert this highly, but it does show just what is possible best case scenario, and what is possible if you build your own lists and look after them well..

Ok, the "7 Days of Christmas" daily deals are finishing now, and they've been a great success, bringing in good money, and converting amazingly well for us, and also for the couple of partners that have mailed and smaller affiliates too.

Anyway, it's not all over yet, for the next 5 days, starting a little big later today we are discounting EVERYTHING by 30%. The daily deals were a bit of an experiment and they worked VERY well, but this 30% site wide sale is totally proven over 4 years and probably 20+ times of doing it on various sites - it will convert at 5-10% overall.

But essentially, I will definitely be emailing subscribers and buyers, they are my hottest leads, and people joining my lists convert through offers over and over as they go through the autoresponder - these sales aren't taken from you, but given to you if they convert through our autoresponder.

Everyone sharing everyone else's list is a problem, but not as much as you would imagine. Read the thread above, give value to your subscribers... but there is no other way, either you have the subscribers as well as me / any other vendor, or you don't and you just send people to me and don't collect the leads yourself too..
