Default Look What EzineArticle Is Doing!?

Well, I have 3 main niches. One is satellite tv on computer. Well Ezine sent me this

"Unfortunately, we are unable to accept your recent "Satellite TV for
PC" articles. Moving forward, we will no longer be accepting
articles that discuss or link to any website offering movie,
television, music, and game downloads or streaming with unknown legal
    status in regards to copyright."

Well, satellite tv on computer pulls in half my income. Does anyone know what I can do? How Do I make it to where the allow my landing page?

Dude, just move on... your current articles will keep making you money, if they don't allow articles in that niche there's not much you can do.

If you MUST keep promoting THAT product, you can talk about related stuff and then build a list and promote it to the list, but I wouldn't recommend it because the audience has no lifetime value...

Do you do direct linking or you got a landing page? If you have a lander, then try to resubmit the article, but I think you won't go far.....

That's actually really bad news, because I was thinking about getting in "downloads" niche, i.e. games, movies, etc....

So probably the only way around is to use other directories...

The whole point of using article directories is also to build in relevant backlinks as well as trying to get some direct traffic.

There are very few article directories that will give a lot of consistent traffic due to google favoring only a few of them... and they favor those directories because everyone builds links into them to boost their serps position.

Then you may want to use some Web 2.0 sites to rank high in Google.

It's not just about Ezine, as lemonarian loves to say

The internet is changing too... you need to adjust if you want to stay in the game. You can't win the SEO game with EA alone.

However though, you do get excellent traffic directly from the directories, so that's certainly a way to go. Like, submitting to EZA first, once it's approved submit to a service like the free ArticleMarketer and they'll post it to 29 more directories for you.

But dude... pick another niche! There are way more profitable niches than satellite tv on pc.

Not how I promoted it - It is kinda secret, but it will only work for that type of niche. I pulled in a 300 dollar day with that niche just 8 days ago! And of course now I cant promote it, It seems whenever somthing amazing happens to me, it gets shut down.

WORST OF ALL ezine articles took off all the satellite tv pc articles so all the keyword research means jack shit

You still have your copy of the articles?... just look at distributing them to other article directories and hope to make some sales and then maybe leave it at that and concentrate on a niche that isn't likely to be taken off anytime soon.

Nope, I just write them and submit them - I never thought a professional article company would just remove articles without notice

Could you get them from google cache version?

Always backup your work - and in the case of articles, it will make it easier to get content in the future if you have built up a pool of your own content that can be rewritten easily etc.

That is ridiculous. Deleting articles without any notice, plus you can't even get the copies of them.

I think this is what you get for promoting shady things. Copyright infringement is a big deal and if I was a directory owner I wouldn't accept such things.

That's Ezine's mistake, not our's. They should have done this long time ago, if they didn't like something.

Or at least, if they've done it now, they should give us our articles. Like disapprove them or something, but not delete...

It's questionable content. I'd delete it for legal reasons, as well as moral reasons.

In the end, it is the job of the creator of the articles to back up their shit, not Ezine.
