I now have staff!

Wow what a rollercoaster of a few years.

Been mad.

Emotional.

Cried many times.

Played 'I got the feeling.. that tonights guna be a good night' many MANY MANY times the time just before a launch.

Then cried again.

Then here we are.

Today I trained my first staff member. I'm moving from 130sq foot office into 410sq ft.

I would like to thank:

Norb. You took me under your wing secretly and taught me so much. If any of you new guys are reading this and wonder who this NCMedia is, and if he's any good.. He's the bee's bollocks of a guy. Respect him. Or sit down.

Willyboy actually.. You've helped me out a few times and given me some good advice too mate. + Rep.

NC Staff. You've been awesomely cool to work with, and I hope in the future we all meet on NC Island.

Vadym. You made me LOL so many times about shit. Plus, you where my challenge. To kick his ass in sales. Which I probably still don't do on a DAILY basis. But I have staff. So FU.

Noxter. Thanks for the cool GT5 cars.. and we've had some good rants.

Submp3s. << THIS GUY.. proves everything. He spent his time on one thing, which now freaking KICKS it.

I know this is one of those blablablaaaa no-body cares who you want to thank posts. But tough. It's about time I thank some people in public.

Good shit broski glad you are thriving and glad all that soul food helped along the way. I usually know when you're doing good because you disappear for phases - which we all do when money/big projects are happening so this thread doesn't surprise me along with your recent money screenies It's the rule of averages and probabilities too (i.e. some will make it some won't - skills aside).

Awesome stuff man, good to see your expanding/growing your biz. congrats and it's good when ya can bring ya mates on board. I'm actually trying to teach my best mate who I have know for ears and ears how to do all this IM stuff and he's not very computer minded - knows the basics.
