First Clickbank Check And Another On The Way

Well I opened up my mailbox today and there it was - my first ever check from clickbank $203.58

$203 might not seem like a lot, heck I have made more with adsense but clickbank would have to be the hardest earned money I have made because I find it so damn hard to convert anything.

This was on my first clickbank account I created a year or two ago and on my new account which I created
in November 2010 I have made just over that, so my next paycheck will be sent out on the next time cb sends out checks.

To me affiliate marketing has been one huge rollercoaster - one week things look like their going great the next week or 2 things are shit and made $0. I can honestly say if I did not find nichechoppers I would have given up on clickbank maybe even AM all together..sooo glad i made it here.

Thanks mate. What ever I make online i am investing 90% back into my sites so fingers crossed at the end of the year these checks might have an extra 0 on them.

Congrats mate! It's good to see you're re-investing most of it back, I'm sure you'll see much bigger paychecks in the future

By the way, after 5 checks (I think), you can change to direct deposit. I know from experience depositing international checks in Aus can be a pain in the ass!

yeh I deposited a check from the US once from another program and it took 28 days to process.

Yeah... for the first cheque the CDR is a pain in the ass especially since they don't count paypal transactions... what more with the dormant accounts (deducting $1 every pay period if you haven't made a sale in 90days, $5 after 180days,etc..)

@kakaboo yeh opened the account a good year ago I think maybe longer but didnt make any sales till mid 2010. Mainly focused on Adsense back then.

Congrats Wazza...You will simply get more checks from CB soon. I am also trying really hard to get some money. I recently got $65 commission by selling bookmarking demon, however in paycheck option the amount is not being shown. I hope it gets reflected sooner...!

Congrats Wazza, I remember my first check from ever was from Eben Pegan doubleyourdating ebook, $79.00 and I was elated, that was a few years ago. First CB check was $120 bucks.

But this is going to be my best year ever for CB.

Just got back from the bank and yeh because its a foreign check they hold it for 28 days lol so that sucks but I knew they would because they done it once before with a check from over seas..

Even knowing it is a small amount, I hope it motivates those who are struggling because i know exactly how you feel. Keep plodding along and don't just research, take action.
