Strange Stats from Awstats

Hey guys,

I am currently setting up a new landing page site from a wordpress blog. I havent advertised the site whatsoever so the only visitors to the site must be me.

So when i checked the awstats on the domain it said there was only 4 visitors showing like 900 hits.

The strange thing was though it said 90% of the hits were from the US when i am in the UK! Thought it was strange.
