    Default I hate Namecheap Support.

    They outsource to Eastern Europe, meaning Poland/Ukraine/Serbia.

    The people that count as "support" have terrible English, at best.

    Every time I do live chat for an issue, I figure it out myself quicker than they can tell me how to follow procedure.

    Idiots.

    Well, I doubt it is to Poland as most of the Polish workers are in the UK (1mil+ Polish since they joined the EU... and they have their own newspaper, shops have signs in Polish...).

    I don't mind foreign workers in the UK, but I do hate the fact that it feels like you are a 2nd class citizen when every different ethic group is catered to apart from those born in the country - the PC brigade get up on their high horse... but the fact is my ethic group means I am discriminated against in my own country - just for being born here.

    This is why I hate phonelines. It always goes out to a country with English speaking people with shocking accents - like when i had to speak to an Indian when my PC broke. Grrrrr.
