...wouldn't the objective in one's life to move "out" of the projects???
While I understand that support and assistance is often necessary in life, and we pay taxes should we ever need it - we needed it when I was a kid until my mum didn't need it any longer (about 6 mos I believe) it should not be a lifestyle - - - - -
