Hi! I'm new, of course. Not sure what this introduction should consist of. Let's see, I've worked as a CAD draftsman, an editor, a technical writer, a copywriter (just a little, but am hoping to take it much further sometime soon), have written and published a novel, am working on two more novels, have done some programming (and am in the midst of trying to develop another software product -- see below), and fool around some with computer graphics (ZBrush, Poser, etc.)

Many, many years ago, I wrote some software utilities for AutoCAD and managed to make some money online. Unfortunately, I was headed for a very bad divorce at the time and all the crap kinda did me in. So my dreams of significant online money were squashed.

Since then I've had a lot of ups and down with my health, e.g., respiratory problems, chronic pain, weight gain, etc. I do, of course, blame it all on the stresses and strains of living with and then getting rid of my EX. LOL.

Okay. I've probably said too much. The point is, I'm coming back at it now, i.e., the online thing, and am trying to get healthy, am eager to learn, am willing to work (so long as it is within my capacity), and have been trying to figure this stuff out, off and on, for about 11 months now.

I don't know how much I can contribute as I still need to learn and do more than anything, and I already have several other time-consuming obligations underway, but I will certainly try.

I remember the days where I was struggling to keep up with workload and considered dropping IM to free up some of my time. So glad I didnt tho.

You have come to the right place to learn how to do it. Sounds like you have some experience and skills that may come in handy and add value to the community.
