Clickbank doesn't allow spyware on their marketplace. How did you get away with this?

I'm really concerned about this.
It's illegal to use those products to spy on others without their knowledge. This is a violation of various wiretapping laws. These strict laws apply to electronic communications such as email or computer communications, telephone calls and mobile calls.
In the United States, as well as many other countries with democratic forms of governments, individual rights are prized.
FTC has already Cracked Down On similar products
Federal Trade Commission v. CyberSpy Software, LLC, and Tracer R. Spence
Unauthorized access to a computer or mobile phone is illegal under computer crime laws, such as the U.S. Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, the U.K.'s Computer Misuse Act and similar laws in other countries.
Since the owners of cell phones infected with spyware generally claim that they never authorized the installation, this suggests that the promulgation of spyware would count as a criminal act.
As far as I can see Clickbank is downgrading their standards&status and working against their own terms and conditions.
