[WTD] Editable Wordpress Themes

hey guys

Does anyone have or know of a wordpress theme where you can easily modify the header image and the background colour etc etc

I need one for a portfolio im working on for a client

I heard woot themes are easy to do this with, and they are very easy to find and download

Artisteer.com allows this - you can create static html, wordpress, joomla - pretty slick little system.

For straight wordpress themese to change the header - I am using Arras Theme - the theme is pretty nice and allows for a ton of features - as well - Sirkhan owns a wordpress design studio - might want to ask him.
