    Default I'm actually doing it

    Hey guys,

I have been interested in Internet Marketing for a while now and have promoted a few products but never made much money. However that has now changed and I'm making around £100 a month from my bodybuilding/fitness blog. I must admit it's hard work and a lot of my time is spent interviewing people however I have made this money without having to write a signal blog post! All I do is use content from free article sites and ask the industry experts if I can use there content.

Right now I'm working on a new SEO plan so I can spend less time on social media which takes up a lot of time and just having the traffic rolling in.

Agree with Luke - Could have made a lot more from it. Ask Charles how he feels about flipping:

Guy shot himself in the foot selling his best property.

You want to get at least 6x yr monthly income, up to 12x +

Could have asked if not sure..

That being said, move on and don't look back, congrats on making a quick buck, and being eager to get on.

Good luck, and ask if not sure, especially when deciding on important stuff.

When flipping another site, maybe pitch it to choppers to get critisizm + a better price.

If you want a piece of advice that won't steer you wrong - don't sell off your properties. If you lose interest, employ someone else to maintain them. Save at least 20% of your income - this way, if you ever get to the point that you need "quick cash," you'll have it, and you won't need to rid a property to get it.

I've sold around 4-5 websites for more than $1k, the largest having sold for $5k. I never accepted less than 15 months revenue. However, more than 15 months has passed since I sold each of these properties - and I feel stupid. I'm in a situation where I am earning diddly-squat, because I cannot recreate my previous success. If I had kept all of these properties, I would be earning a full-time income, passively, at 14 years of age.

I have a close relationship with the people who I sold these to (who were actually trying to encourage me not to sell them, for this very reason), and they've kept me updated on these websites' progress. Not a lot has been done to each of these properties, but let me just say... They're all a lot more successful now than they were when I sold them. Be patient, and success will follow.
