Don't do CPV at the moment, but I hear they're one of the best companies. The $1000 minimum would be to keep out the less serious people!

I would go with Vadyms advise. start with MT.. espeically if you are new into PPV marketing since you have a good chance of loosing money when you start off.

It's actually quite difficult to lose too much money. The traffic is cheap, dirt cheap, so you can see the conversion rates by losing $10, as opposed to $1000.

It's true that if you aren't careless I guess. I've been told by my network how some newbs target just the TLD for something like amazon.com and delete their funds in just a matter of minuites.... but thats why you set budgets you can afford to loose.
