Might be your competition trying to lock up an account from processing sales. Just somethin to chew on. I had an account with two charge backs and a refund back to back to back and it wouldn't process after about 2500 hops on something that was converting 1/100 like clock work. Contacted them and it still wouldn't do sales. I left it for dead for eight months and just this past week got it breathing again.
