Good day,

My name is John, my closest friends call me Mighty Otis and I am here to try to supplement and maybe someday, replace my income.

I am somewhat new to this, I have some background in traditional marketing, but my "real" job is design, installation and maitenence of a large computer network.

Welcome to the forum and hopefully it does become more useful as more people start to become active again.

The one main thing is that you can easily earn money as an affiliate - but it is almost always linked with the amount of effort you put into each product you want to make sales with. My advice is looking at trying to work with one product initially (or a group of 3 products to use on a comparison type site). You can then extend the initial website to include all products within that niche as people may bookmark the site when it also provides useful information for the niche... but on any landing page, try to limit the text so people can easily get to the merchant page.
