Hello guys,
Today I thought I will write a special guide on one oftenly overlooked Click2Sell.EU feature: direct credit card payment option.
Did you know that you can accept direct credit card payments from your customers on Click2Sell.EU?
It's very simple. All you need is to have a working merchant account and set it up on Click2Sell.EU. It's very easy. Currently Click2Sell system supports these payment gateways:
Authorize.net - USA merchants - Payment Gateway to Accept Online Payments
Paypal Website Payments PRO - USA and UK merchants - https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?c...erview-outside
Linkpoint - USA merchants - LinkPoint International®
Protx (Sagepay) - UK and Ireland merchants - Sage Pay - Home
Ogone - Belgium, Germany, France, Netherlands, Austria and Swiss merchants accepted - Ogone - Payment methods - Moyens de paiement en ligne - Betaalsystemen - Zahlungsmöglichkeiten
Moneris - Canada and USA merchants - payment processing, point of sale, debit credit card machine, pos equipment, pos reports, accept Visa, accept MasterCard, credit card
eWay - Australia, New Zeland, UK and other Asian countries - eWAY - Internet Payment Gateway and Accept Online Credit Card Payments
Optimal Payments - US, Canada and UK merchants - Online Credit Card Merchant Account, Accept Credit / Debit Card Payment, Electronic Checks Payment Processing Services, Secure Payment Gateway
First Data - Online Commerce and eCommerce Software: Global eCommerce Solutions from First Data
Your Pay - YourPay™
Paypoint.net (former Secpay) - UK merchants - Online Payments & Merchant Account Services | PayPoint.net
Worldpay - Worldwide merchants - Credit Card Processing and Merchant Account Services | RBS WorldPay
All these payment gateways are supported by Click2Sell.EU. When you have a merchant account working through one of these payment gateways, you can easily configure it on Click2Sell.EU and offer your customers not only Paypal, Moneybookers or Google Checkout payment option, but also a direct credit card processing right on the checkout page.
You can see the example of Click2Sell.EU merchant offering a credit card payment option in addition to Paypal: https://www.click2sell.eu/marketplac...roduct_id=1345
We strongly recommend for all serious merchants to offer a direct credit card processing option on their checkout pages. This will not only attract more affiliates, but also will help your product convert better. Moreover, your customers will have more payment options.
There are many of the payment gateways supported, however if you are a US merchant I would recommend signing up on Authorize.net since it approves all merchant accounts the fastest. You can have your account up and running within 3-5 working days.
For Canadians: Moneris is the best choice since it offers one of the best rates.
Australians and New Zeland mechants: eWay is a way to go.
For UK merchants: you have a lot of choice here. You can go with Sagepay or simply with Paypal Website Payments PRO option. This Paypal option will allow to accept all credit card payments to your Paypal's account without a risk of having your account 'limited', etc. This is because Paypal here works as an access interface to your merchant account, not like a regular Paypal account.
All other European merchants can use: Ogone or Worldpay to accept credit card payments.
Worldpay accepts merchants internationally even though it takes time to set up a merchant account with them.
When you have one of these merchant accounts simply navigate to: My Profile --> My Payment Processors page and click on Add to add your new payment processor, then click on Setup to set it up on your checkout form. Click on Save and you will be done. You will be able to accept not only Paypal, but direct credit card payments straight to your bank account.
If you are thinking about getting a merchant account, ask your questions here and tell me your country, I will do my best to recommend you the best solution.
