Hey Guys and Girls,

Just Some writings/lessons/guides that i intend to add to the forums, i hope that at least one person will get something from what i write. This is predominately aimed at newcomers,but maybe everyone can source something if not a little bit of inspiration. this one is Called "Success is universal"

It is my lifes story, but there are lessons within;

Welcome newcomers, to NicheChoppers and the world of Internet Marketing. You are DEFINATELY in for a bumpy ride, full of many emotional ups and downs, that could easily destroy you before you start. Just remember that there is ALWAYS help available, and i am always here to help with a chat if needed, via here or msn, although a medical professional i cant offer professional advice unless you are in my office (disclaimers save your ass)

On to My Story;

My name is Joshua. Joshua Wood/Ridding/Crump. the last name is debateable, as i was adopted. I Was born in a SMALL town called Camden in NSW of Australia. Rather unexciting, really. I grew up with my grandparents raising me, to which i credit for giving me my 'quirkiness'. I had a rather uneventful upbringing, if not that spectacular, it was full of a lot of things that i wish not upon even my worst of enemies. There was stereotypical abuse, verbal mainly, physical at times, with that comes a diminished capacity for self respect. What it did to me though had an influence on my entire life, even up to now it effects me...also brings me to the point of this post and where you should draw your own inspiration from.

WHAT did it do to you, this rather bland life??
It made me revert into my imagination. If i didnt like it, i created a better alternative in my head and believed it's existance instead. it got to the point where i had absolutely NO capability to differentiate between reality and my imagination, heck i still do it from time to time now. For instance, my energy bill. i have had trouble with paying bills, due to not earning a lot, due to court, jail, study....and i tell myself in my head that it will work out, and disregard the bill.

What Does This have to do with me??
A LOT. a common mistake for a lot of people to make is to disregard ones self, ones mental health, and it can have devastating effects. I have lost friends, loved ones, jobs because of my mind and it's ability to create fantastical things. I have lied so much that i have fu**ed myself 102947258 ways from sunday, and it is going to be a long way to fix it all. My credit rating, family, friends, loved ones were and have been affected. Trust has been lost, love irrepairably damaged and trouble has followed me since.

WHAT THE FU*K HAS THIS GOT TO DO WITH Internet Marketing???
Ok...calm down, no need to shout. i'll just be clear then!! Basically what I am saying is, Be honest. in your life, your passions, your work. Don't lie, kid yourself, pamper yourself etc. If something is shit, recognize it is shit, and work out the solution. For EXAMPLE, if you cant make a sale, dont whinge about it, figure out where you are going wrong, and work out an efficient solution. Better landing page, language all screwy?? Dont sit there and say

"yeah, it will improve, give it a day or 2"

"Hey...things are just slow right now, tomorrow will be a better day"

Yes tomorrow CAN be a better day, if you make it so. It can also be a shit day, if you front up to an FBI agent and blow him clean away with a 12 guage. You day, and ultimately your life will be what you make it.
-Bad, catastrophic
-Airy, full of vauge promises
-Productive, Hard Working and full of SOLID promises

OK... I get it, you are what you eat mentality??
Yes. in a manner of speaking. Although it can be a little more complex than that. YES, your mind is what you feed it, but it is also a VERY VERY funny thing, it can appear to operate independently of your own thought!!! WELCOME to the sub-concious. If you do a good thing and set goals, plan your day etc, your sub-concious i there questioning why. if you say i am hungry, it will ask WHAT do you want to eat??

GREAT Goal to have, hell i hope to have that soon, but the key is WHY. i personally want a 100 Dollar day because i want to Pay my bills, i NEVER EVER again want to have an overdue bill. i also want to take my wife out for dinner, something i cant afford to do right now. if you dont give your subconcious that clarity it will hinder you, and you will get nowhere!! DUDE, your all over the place....DOT POINTS!!
ok for the sake of clarifying and your sanity i shall summarize what i have said so far using dot points;

- Your Life, and in turn your Internet Marketing journey is WHAT YOU MAKE it

- Your mind is a delicate and fragile thing, feed it as much clarity as possible

- Goals are important, CLEAR GOALS and Reasoning even more so!!

- Honesty is the best policy (Mom would be proud)

all i can say is that follow my points, be honest, kind and surround yourself with the awesome people here and you cant fail in succeeding. Success will find you.

DO NOT lie, to yourself, others, customers for it is very hard to repair the damage, TRUST ME!! you will succeed more if you are honest, is it better to have 100 sales, but 99 refunds because your product wasnt what it said it was, or 10 sales, and NO refunds....

I am done Gas bagging and talking crap, i will post more soon, keep an eye out, sometimes i do write good stuff.

I shall close by posting a joke, a polish one in honor of Norb.....

I'll also follow up by saying, that in my opinion honesty and 100% transparency in your business is absolutely essential in 2009. As Gary Vaynerchuk said:
