Default $6400 for my network! Moving on and up!

As some of you may or may not know I have been in the sexuality niche for some time now (penis enlargement sex tips etc.), the only problem I had was that I live in a house full of people so always felt embarassed working on the site writing articles on this niche etc.

So when I got a request from some guy asking if I was willing to sell my entire network (he only knew of a couple of my sites not all of them) I jumped at the chance and quickly sold my $400 a month network (well most of it still got a couple of my own ).

$6400 was a good price for me it was:

10x monthly revenue + articles + designs + general effort on my part + his eagerness to buy

And now the good part is I am still in another one of my niches, which I actually enjoy and I now have the time to explore other niches and maybe take this as an advantage to becoming a publisher or maybe finding a JV to do a product in my other niche. I have lots of ideas for the niche I am in currently but actually getting down to which I should turn into products etc. is a 2 person job lol.

So im off to chester races today to spend some of my 'hard earned' cash

Being embarrased of people around you - that's a bad reason to sell a $400/month campaign

Do you care about the money or what people think about you? I mean, of course, the second is important as well, but sometimes you have to ignore that.

Anyway, congratz on the nice sale

It wasnt exactly what people think of me, the problem is I still live at home so I dont want my mum poking her head around the corner and see me writing articles of a somewhat sexual nature.

Good day at the races yday, lost some of my money lol.

Onwards and upwards anyway, started writing my new product, not sure whether or not I am going to pay someone to do the sales page/graphics or to do the sales page myself and pay someone to do the graphics. Or to get myself a partner who is good at both of these. Favouring the partner option at the moment as it will mean there'd be two of us to get it out there.

Anyway would appreciate people's opinions/experiences when it comes to these matters/

I could not write on that niche that is for sure. 6400 would be awesome for me right now. I would hire me some cheap workers and have sites being set up and SEO'D like crazy.
