This real estate investor course looks great and I am sure its packed with a bunch of information. I really liked the sales page. I have a few questions:

1. What is going to set this course apart from all the rest that have come before it?

2. What do you expect the market to be like due to the economic recession. My first thoughts are that if someone is trying to make money then its usually because they dont have a lot and want to better themselves and they people that already have it in this area are not looking for Internet courses to buy.

3. Are there an Beta testers available or do you need anymore testimonials?

Thank you for providing affiliate materials for the real estate product.

I have a question. In the Opt In Landing page there is a real estate investing resources mini report that is about 7 - 8 or pages long. Can this be offered as a freebie? I just want o make sure so I don't get into trouble.

Also after reviewing the sales page I am noticing that where the full description of the modules are the capital T is missing from the first word of some of the modules like #3, 5, and 6. I haven't done any spell or grammer checking.

Yes, it's true - the site has been attacked 4 times like this now, and so we're in the midst of switching hosts/packages again. There was some backend shit with permissions set loose so people found a way in... Should be back to normal in a day or two - sorry about the inconvenience guys, someone really has it out for this site...

So funny, 4 of my sites suffered an attack in the past few days.. I can't even imagine how they got through I have WP2.8.3 (latest) plus I think Godaddy has the security covered, the funny thing is that not all my sites were attacked, just a few of those that are on the same shared hosting (so I have about 50 sites in subdirs. and only 4 index.phps were rewritten)... So annoying though

When you mentioned godaddy as a host I think you may have found the culprit.

The reason I quit hosting with godaddy shared server was a few years ago when I found out about some server vulnerability. I contacted godaddy to see if they had run the update patch - they hadn't, but did offer to do it if I would pay the costs (I can't remember now, but it was a few hundred dollars).

Anyway, once I got that reply I knew I had to move hosting... why would I have to pay that money for some basic security patch to be installed on their server where my shared hosting account was? Would they charge everyone the same figure?

Problem is I heard so many bad things about Godaddy so far but I didn't have any until now. Now I have and it's annoying. The best would be to move to a VPS or even better a dedicated server but then I'd have to a) do every setup myself and though I was a server admin for some time I really don't have the time, patience and knowledge (anymore) b) I'd have to hire someone to setup + monitor the server which costs some serious money + it is a security leak in itself (that someone unknown has access to all my stuff).
So I really don't know what to do :-/

If its an Iframe attack and this keeps happening... someone working on the site may possibly have an infected machine and is possibly re-infecting... (Ashley???)

As for shared hosting.... I have been singing praises of "start logic(dot) com" for a couple of years... you should really go check them out. They are extremely proactive and do respond to even the simplest request 24/7 - I have asked simple questions and the tech would simply edit the ini file for me and then send me a support ticket of what he did. Really professional crew. As well - if you wanted ProLogic unlimited hosting from $5.95 to $3.95.... I'll tell you a little secret....lemme know. Basically, I pay $47.40 per year (includes domain name) and have unlimited domains, storage , bandwidth etc. As well - affifliate signups are $100 a pop - tell me you cant sign just one client a week???

Also I think webkeepers(dot) com has a full VPS for $6.95
