Anyone promoted markethealth.com products?

In mid December I started a minor campaign that promotes one of markethealths products. I use my own tracking and cross reference this with the stats on the markethealth site. Their stats shows less clicks than my own click-tracker.

Also, after 500 highly targeted clicks i had no sale at all. I wrote their support a letter asking for conversion rates and got the answer 1:63 and what is very strange is that the days after my letter I got 6 sales registered and after that a few random sales and now nothing for another 800 clicks.

Does anyone have any additional info? Are they manipulating the stats or just simply not giving credit for sales? They claim to update the stats several times per day.

I haven't promoted this product ... can give you some general advice though ...

if they are saying that they're converting at 1:63, you appear to be converting at about 1:216 ... sadly, just because their average conversion is 1:63 doesn't mean you'll get it, it depends how truely targeted your traffic is, how ready to buy they are ...

it's not in the publisher's interest to play with your sales ... lets face it, if you're not making money off them, you'll stop promoting it, they'll get even less sales ...

1:216 is pretty dire though ... i would try some things to see if you can get more sales, but failing that, i would probably consider moving on ...

Yupp, would have to agree with you but I read a lot about markethealth and the former joebucks and it seems as if I'm not the only one with issues. The traffic is indeed highly targeted. Will redirect to another site to see if conversions pick up.

I'm promoting their stuff. They're pretty awesome from my experience. Awesomest customer service ever. If you have an issure, just contact them.

i don't trust any of the affiliate companies to be honest, I have been having a fight with tradedoubler about a campaign I have been running, twice now the site was saying i had made sales of £50 commission and then days later is says zero, they claim the vendor checks to see if it was a proper conversion and then lets them know. hang on, that sounds like an opportunity for the vendor to deny everything, needless to say I have stopped spending any money promoting that campaign!

Lem, are you using their original salespage or a customized one? IT might be that their page isn't that good to begin with...Still there is something going on with the clicks that I cant figure out, perhaps it is people with old cookies. Will have to wait it out and see if their stats will be similar to mine...

I agree that their support is great, what disturbs me is that after sending them an email I suddenly got 6 sales. Coincidence? Dont know, still it paid for all of my expenses and then some.

I presell like crazy, so they've pretty much made up their mind already before they hit the sales page.

Don't know about those sudden 6 sales. It could be that they've been shaving you, or it could be an honest mistake, a tracking error or something. I really don't know to be honest.

lem are you using article marketing, ppc ...what has converted best for you so far?

I think Market health also offers phone sales as well as Fax sales and they may also verify orders manually. The stats are sometimes not updated for a week or so and then you will suddenly see $500 in the account.

I personally dont feel they are manipulating anything, if they would, they will be caught sooner or later.

As far as I have experienced, you have test a campaign for a month to decide as sales fluctuates from the starting of the month to the end of the month.
