    You don't watch TV -- do you? I normally watch TV (infomercials) in the morning to get ideas for new/better products. I also watch how they market their product.

    Norb, I got my domain as well. The release of this product is almost perfect timing. However, there has been a lot of talk on the news about flipping houses and there disadvantage. People buying homes with repair bills in the xx,xxx when they thought it was a good buy. You might want to touch on that and stress it on your sales page.

    Norb,

    You are a fucking brilliant genius, again!

    This is a perfect book to promote for this time. Couldn't be any better a time to promote this book.

    1. House prices are lower now and within the next 18-24 months will be the best time to pickup homes left and right.
    2. Homes will be cheap. Private lending will be aplenty from people saving their cash instead of spending it.
    3. General Contractors will do anything for cash. Labor will be cheap and so will be materials.
    4. Real estate agents are DYING for business. Find a good one to partner with.
    5. Interest rates are very cheap, but credit standards have raised a good bit. Banks will have some money, but will be strictly nationalized (per Obama)

    I think this book will fucking kill on clickbank if you guys hit the correct notes on investing in real estate, even in a soft market.

    SUGGESTIONS FOR BONUSES (if you haven't done so already...)
    1. get an ebook on cleaning and establishing credit. Credit is so fucking important nowadays, especially in a shithole economy.
    2. Mortgage Calculator and cost tables.
    3. Real Estate Flip Planning Worksheets: Create a workbook in PDF format with a follow thru, step-by-step action plan to go through a flip scenario.
    4. Landlord Guide. Absolutely necessary information needed for the budding landlord in mind. With more tenant landlord lawsuits happening, lead paint disclosures, Civil Rights 1964 statutes, etc. you need to be protected. Also include in the guide, procedures to screen landlords, fair practices in renting, and sample lease forms (lease forms will vary state by state, but having a standard form will give a better understanding of lease language.)

    Nice - I learned to make webpages back in the early-mid 90's because almost everyone in my family was a realtor / broker.

    I know how to work the serps for anything related to realestate.

    Great product norb, and to work with her. Very badass (excuse my language)

    Her integrity is large and I do not think I know of any agents who do not know of her.

    I would say I bought some new domains for this, but we have a myraid of them already, some aged from 1995, and ready to go.

    I went to the site and clicked the" buy now", what happened after that is it took me to the CB and heres what it said...

    "IMPORTANT!

    is there something wrong or are we to wait until its up and running again.... BTW, is CB going to except this product?

    The page has been gone over again, and more assets added.

    Unfortunately there is not much I can do about the videos except for remove them. For now they stay though and I'm going to see if I can get the originals so I can edit them down again. I don't want there to be any leaks either however I'm seeing more and more big gravity products with vids from youtube or watermarks from other sites. I srtongly believe that those that are interested in this package will stay on the page. Especially once they find out that her other stuff costs 2-10 times more... this is the first and probably only package of this size that's going on CB for such a small price point...

    Anyway keep the feedback coming, we're closer yet again.

    UPDATE:

    The customer journey has been somewhat roughed in, so here is a semi-final outlook on the programs payouts/numbers...

    Comm. 65%

    Front end sales: $97, you earn $58 COURSE LEVEL 1

    COURSE LEVEL 2 ( xx hours of audio content on creating your RE power team)
    OTO: $299 (not finalized-might be a bit more) - either way you earn CB's maximum $150

    If they choose the OTO: They get to another thank you page with both product libraries. If they choose no, they will get the original thank you page and the OTO will reappear on the bottom.

    On both thank you pages, there will also be a REPI LEVEL 3 Membership site, which ties into an existing site, however we will be offering it for a discount (thanks for purchasing our products, because you've already purchased, we're giving you a chance to get a platinum level (top level/access anything) memerbship at **.com for xx% off). This will probably be in the $47-$67/month level, you also get 65% of that recurring every month ($28 - $40/month)

    So you average out to $58+$150+$28 or $40 = $236 or $248 per customer << nice Then $28-$40/month (apparently the membership site has a 9-12+ month retention rate per customer, we'll see! It's not IM, it's not forex, and it's a HOT topic during the recession so I can see how it may be true)

    This is being moved to the main area as we start to get closer to finalizing a launch date (will be within 2 weeks, 3 tops).

    I have a question, how do I find a product on CB while only using the persons CBID: homeflip

    I type it in and I get nothing, I type it in the keyword area, am I putting it in the right place?

    I typed in "homeflip" got nothing.

    If you are going to promote this one then evaluate every other campaign you have done to date and make a list of what you done and rate it on how successful you felt it was (out of 100). For example:

    Campaign 1
    1. Registered a keyword rich domain - 100
    2. Submitted XX articles to XYZ.com - 75
    3. Submitted XX articles to ABC.com - 25
    4. Bookmarked XYZ articles in A, B, C sites = 50
    5. Created Adwords landing page = 50

    Basically list everything you done and give it a score out of 100 (or 5 if you want). Then make a master list of what worked (with anything rated above 50 will have been worthwhile).

    Once you have your master list it is a case of going through the list and doing each point that worked for previous campaigns. Naturally, a successful campaign will not just have happened overnight and some steps may need to be done gradually (so that it doesn't seem like spamming - if you bookmarked the same article on 100 sites in one day that may be excessive... whereas bookmarking the same article over a period of 30 days would be more acceptable).

    This will help you find your blueprint to successful campaigns and help you figure out what you need to do with other campaigns that have not yet been as successful as you hoped.

    * I'm getting the video originals to edit and play with so there will be no leaks. (also means I can create you guys mini videos to spread around).

    Actually, you guys should be seeing updates for this one shortly. Still hasn't gone in for approval and we're touching up the recur on the backend before we start on the aff materials. Want to get this one just right as there's a lot at stake/steak (no pun) with this one. Sorry to keep you guys anxious on this one, I'm excited too and predict a healthy program!!

    I've also put the materials on hold as I'm still waiting on the master video .avi files to arrive - you guys are going to have plenty to play with

    Excellent lets get this sucker kicked off! After learning about the joys of flipping in 07 I bought a house, rehabbed it and watched the market fall in to the friggin tank. What a terrific feeling that was and now it's even better because I'm a slumlord to crappy ass tenants who pay rent whenever they feel like and the courts tell me I have no right to kick their asses to the street. Friggin Texas rental laws suck! But I digress, I see this site as my redemption from that horrible experience. So Norb if this site doesn't make me at least 46K I'm gonna sue somebody...I don't know who...maybe my postman, the sacker at the local grocery, my proctologist I don't know but somebody's gonna pay dammit! Snap! The lander links 404 like crazy as well.

    ok ... as much as i don't want to give myself extra competition ...

    so far in the big G there's only really 2 of us competing that I've seen ... this in contrast to the likes of Forex Phantom which is being massively competitive already ...

    sure, i know there'll be more people that haven't started their campaigns proper yet, and it can take a bit of time to climb up through the other real estate search results, but so far this seems like an untapped goldmine

    yet i think a lot of you will have more knowledge than you realise about real estate investment - even just from half-watching those myriad of tv shows ... compared to forex which i find i sometimes run out of new ideas to write about, real estate investment has sooooo many big and smal things that you can write about ...

    and of course, the commissions, well, they speak for themselves!!

    so ummm yeah ... why not join us?
