    Introduction Posts Greetings from Amsterdam

    Hello IM folks

My name is Leonard, I live in the vivid capitol of the Netherlands. I am a self employed driving instructor, so I work off-line as well! I have started IM in 2006 and have had some successes. At the moment sales are a little low but that could have to do with the fact I am trying different niches now.
My own product...will be launched soon.
I am setting up a new website dedicated to introduction music / sounds for websites / shops / artworks or what ever. This music is composed by myself and based on jazz improvisation and world music (mainly reggae) I have decided to use "natural" acoustic instruments like: cajon, ac-guitar, djembé. Of course the mixing is done digitally the same as the required enhancements and effects.

I enjoy playing guitar, motorcycle touring, music in general, travel, and being lazy from time to time

    To Your Success!

    Leonard R.A.

    Greetings, good intro.

    * You're a driving instructor? You might find our drivers product of value and promote it easily - Pass road test video help, car & motorcycle road secrets, DMV testing exam, g2 m2 exit license guide Though I'm 100% naive to the laws of the road in Netherlands, but I'm not naive to how beautiful the women are there

    * Also re your sounds - good luck with it. I also compose/engineer/produce/master etc. and tried to do this with mediocre success - Royalty Free Music Audio - professional stock sounds, free beats, free loops, sample effects. << The sounds are available to members here free in the 'tools' category of the forum.

    * Look forward to your success with us. Lastly, this forum is a support center for our product line, you'll see once you read enough that it gets sticky when people start announcing/launching products, please be sensitive to this, we do not allow any recruitment or launches here that are outside our slate at the moment. Though in the near future we have a big surprise for everyone and all you publishers have no idea what you're in for...

    Cheers!
    N.

?? I dun get it.....?? They CHANGED????

first a big welcome ex-neighbor (Germany guy from across the border). You'll find a lot of good stuff here with niche chopper (stuff is info, not the stuff in YOUR capitol Amsterdam). When did the government changed from Den Hague to Amsterdam. Possible for the good stuff........ (this should be funny!!!)

NOW Norb, I'm hurt with your statement, "how beautiful the women are there"...... (in some areas yes, for sure, because they import the beauties from Colombia, my man).......
    had to write this.........

Now that is a coincidence...(or not) I have one of my domains already dedicated to promote the product you've mentioned Norb. In fact that's how I came across this forum and Nichechoppers anyway :-) Well Puravida Den Haag (The Hague) has never been the capitol of Holland, it's the residence of our Government but that's all it is, and of course the International Cort of Justice can be found there... Oh yes we have many beautiful women over here (some of my female student drivers are real hotties) but that will not distract me from my ultimate goal and that is to move to the US in a couple of years. How soon all depends on my success on-line because I don't expect they are waiting for a driving instructor from Holland over there...duh...

    Ciao! Leonard

wowowow I stand to be corrected

    Leonard,
this is amazing, and there are confusing information even with yahoo answer, and other information sites. You are correct with Amsterdam however, and I copy the "Best Answer" I found:
The Hague (with capital T; Dutch: Den Haag, or officially 's-Gravenhage) is the administrative capital of the Netherlands, located in the west of the country, in the province South Holland of which it is also the capital. With a population of 469,568 (01-01-2004) (700,000 in the metropolitan area) and an area of approximately 100 km², it is the third-largest city in the Netherlands after Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

The Hague is the seat of government, but, somewhat anomalously, not the capital of the Netherlands, a role set aside by the Dutch constitution for Amsterdam

therefore, even with 61 you never stop learning. Must have slept when we covered the Gouda and Edamer.
    sorry

I wonder Puravida if you during your quest for the truth about which city our capitol is came across the disputable fact that The Hague officially never even obtained so called "city rights". This is open for discussion however. Well let's close this topic by naming a few important buildings and landmarks that are a part of the Amsterdam scenery and imho express the fact that all ingredients for a capitol are there to be found: The Royal Palace on the Dam Square, The Dam Square itself and it's National Monument... Of course we have so many buildings in our town that played an important role in the history of Holland but these two items above can only be found in a genuine capitol I believe. I mean if Rembrandt would have lived in The Haque "the Rembrandt House" would have been there right :-)
    Ciao!,
    Leonard

WoooOoT!! You forgot the main attractions

Leonard, I'm disappointed with your response (just kidding) -
you forgot the main attractions in Amsterdam
all the nice smoke filled cafes (smoked brains too) and of course
the many red lights.... ( I don't refer to traffic lights)
you are correct let's close our mutual chat here.
I definitely learned from you, even historic buildings.....
