yes, i have wanted your auto robot...glad to try it out...but nothing i can do to make your site take my money...i have tried 13 different credit and debit cards...none seem to go through..i have used the same cards today, and everyday, but in your case..not a chance...i think it is the cheap and unheard of money system you use...so insulting to go through this...i will put my houseboy onto it...keep installing the GOD DANM FUCKING card numbers until i wear the FUCKING system down.....if your own system was so good about money...how ODD you choose this PIECE OF SHIT..to handle your money....

Sure most sales do get through, hell I made a killing today. But it really makes me wonder how many customers just give up, and don't bother emailing. I am willing to bet more than those that actually want the product bad enough to email the publishers.

The only thing that Clickbank has to do properly is process payments. That's just ONE MAIN THING, but they still can't do it as they should....

Over the years I have seen and received emails from so called "interested" person in my products/services or "tried" to sign up and then send emails like this one.
Working with CB for several years I never experienced a problem, especially not with somebody "using" 13 different credit cards. I do not believe too many people would use 13 cards and none works (or they are all overcharged).
The amazing part in all these letters is, after the first paragraph they are starting using all f..and s.. words and (in my opinion) shows the low class person they are.
If you check in the property source of this person's email address I would place a bet it is either one of the free email senders, like hotm.. etc, or even a foreign or sbyz sender address. that gives you another hint about the truth of the email sender.......
keep moving ahead, that's why they placed a delete button on your computer..

Yep, I agree with puravida you know, sometimes these type of "Customers" only want you to send them the stuff/program for free because of the "Inconvenience" so don't fall for it, and yes,... 13 credits cards? that's weird bro.

LOL at customer support sometimes... It takes all kinds, and yes sometimes we'll get 'I can't order' emails too.

Goes back to the risk management software, and sometimes it will not allow someone to order for up to xx hrs, or never. This happens for a variety of reasons, the only thing we tell customers is:

* Try ordering again at a later time
* Try a different CC
* Try a different computer
* Ask a friend that lives in a different region to order for you

Nothing you can really do, part of the CB train, every network has risk management and some are tighter than others. I assume that CB gets targeted the most due to their size and everything being digital, thus their security is probably at a stupid high...

Having read everything in the thread so far I can sum up the problem...

The guy wanting to buy the product can't buy it because he had his identity stolen before and does not get past the risk management software... doesn't matter how many cards he uses, the risk is still the same because the data on that system has to get updated before he can buy again.

It wouldn't be a typical situation for someone who couldn't buy via CB - although it could explain occasional emails of people not being able to buy via CB if they have ever had their ID stolen they may not get past the risk management software.

I think I create an ebook about "Just plain stupid customers and how to combat them" - maybe we can combine all our collected client letters and make it a community project and share the profits.
let's see there are 4 billion adults on the planet, xx have internet access, we could get xxx buyers who are stupid enough to buy it....

Risk management can be triggered by a variety of signals including:

*Credit Card Provider

*Region

*Email

*Credit Card Batch of #'s

*Persons Name/email/phone (any of the fields in their 'buy' form can have blacklists)

*Previous PayPal problems/disputes/etc. (CB runs their whole platform on PP)

*Volume of orders at any given time from the same region/batch of card #'s/Card type (i.e. 300 orders from Sarasota within 1 hour with 298 Visas being used - probably all residents in that area would be temporarily blocked from buying anything with a visa for at least 6-12hrs if it triggered the RMS).

There's probably loads of other incremental triggers, and nobody will ever know them other than CB, figure that one out and you have a flaw to exploit.

The previous 2 examples show why it is SO important to change the sales letter contents and text in emails to your personal explanation. Using a reference like the secret given to me, and everybody else uses the same.... and a person receives these promotion from 2 or more different people, even if they had interest in the product, your credibility is gone.
I am surprised how many marketers are close friends with the "Gurus". WHY? I get daily emails, starting: "my friend xxxx just published this great new software product, etc etc...."
and how many of the same emails to you get and they all use the same text and wonder that they never make sales.
Write instead: "A business associate just published...."
does this sound more professional?
I tested several intro lines like this one and noticed definitely higher repsonse rates.
Do not just copy sales letters and pitch pages, make some changes.....
