Yahoo Gold Status

I got a call today from Yahoo Search Marketing telling me that my account had been upgraded to Gold Service!

The upload feature will be mighty handy now. I can finally move some of my big AdWords campaigns over to Yahoo!

They also sent me a nice little e-mail:

We would like to take this time to welcome you to the Gold level of service.
We are e-mailing you a list of the additional benefits you have as a Gold
Advertiser. Please review the information provided below and do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Offering Gold Service is our way of recognizing and rewarding advertisers who
have made a significant advertising investment with us.

Gold advertisers with Yahoo! Search Marketing will receive many additional
benefits, including faster response times for e-mail and telephone inquiries, as
well as expedited processing of search listing requests; you may also submit new listings using the bulk spreadsheet submission in the "Import" section of the Campaigns tab. The Ad Generator tool will also be available to you. Your
keyword limit is now 100,000 and you may upload up to 20,000 listings per day.

New to the User interface is the Campaign Tune-Up. The campaign tune-up is an advertiser-initiated analysis that factors in your campaign's performance
history, estimated future performance, monthly budget, and metrics of your
choosing (impressions, clicks, conversions or revenue). Provided with
information on your goals for your campaigns, our system can propose keyword bids and match types that can help you improve performance. When the tune-up is completed, you can decide whether or not you want to apply the keyword bids and match types that are given in the proposal.

Gold Advertisers receive some extra editorial related services to assist with
increasing exposure and making the most of the Yahoo! Search Marketing listings.

Here is a list of the common tasks that Content Development processes for Gold advertisers for free.

? Ad Optimization ? we come up with the terms and you can write your own Titles
and Descriptions.

? We can come up with both Keywords and Titles and Descriptions.

? If you have your own list of Keywords you would like we will write the Titles
and Descriptions.

? We will rewrite your current Titles and Descriptions. (Usually not more than
100 terms)

? DIRECT PATH URLS ? we will review your current listings and site to see if
there are more direct path URLs for the search terms already listed on the
account.

? We will upload the terms for you once you have approved them.
