Need Help Please Need to Focus - But on What?

    Right guys

I have had some success and kept the faith through Clickbank's obvious problems and the start of the Worldwide Economic Collapse and now making random sales, not giving me the consistency I want.

I diversified from the very profitable Forex Niche and jumped on the Efficient Planet and Everloss bandwagons grabbing some great domains, great blogs, squidoo lenses and other web2.0 stuff and then started my blog.

I have also looked at some other networks but still can't find one offering the level of income from low traffic that Clickbank can.

The problem I face is that I am now stretched too far and with a very busy day job, a wife, two properties and the credit crunch to worry about I need to focus on one thing at a time rather than trying to juggle all the balls at once. By doing this I have already dropped a few and been fairly weak during the EL and EP launches.

But what do I focus on? Let me know what you think by voting and /or responding.

    thanks JZ

Well, my opinion is that you have enough niche areas now to look at things in on a long-term basis...

everloss = evergreen product and demand right before christmas may be lower... until the new year and therefore you can devote less time specifically to that campaign maybe - just work on it to ensure you have the basic site/sites/landing pages in place and up to date.

efficientplanet = Swerd may have hit the market at the right time... oil price volatility is hard to predict how it will go... same with sales (very few affiliates have sent double-digit hops... and even less send them consistently). I would suggest looking at doing the same as everloss... getting the basics sorted.

Forex niche... you know a bit about this and have had some success and therefore may be the best option to concentrate mainly on this niche (at least until christmas)... but still work a little on the other 2.

    FLAME!

Jimz, Here is the solution to your problem:

It will take some work because everything takes some work, but, in the end you will benefit more.

You should create a system on how to manage each part (ball in the air) that you are juggling. Once you create a system on how to manage each part, you can begin to 'outsource it' to somebody else. This will keep your ball in the air, giving you the opportunity to work on what you need to work on.

An example would be lets say for the EL project: Article writing and submissions. You create the System of how to write an article, and how and where to submit them. This system can really be created in 10 minutes flat. Then, you find someone who needs a job with computers (like a craigslist or even a real outsourced person, something cheap).

You give them your System, and you put them to work. Create as many systems as you need in order to automate each of your tasks. Make the systems step by step so that anybody can do it (as easy as checking your email, right?) and have that Anybody just DO IT...!

Once you are able to do this, you can step away, and you are now free to focus on things that need more attention.

Cliff Notes- Create a simple system for your grunt work, and have your grunts do it...

    Thanks Platinum

I am nervous about outsourcing as my brief trials of outsourcing articles has not been very good and I spent too much time correcting and adjusting the articles to what I wanted them to be (and they are my worst performing articles in terms of clicks on ezine).

I agree with the system idea though, sort out a process so that I can follow it each time I need to and it could form the basis of my own ebook!

Go all out on the forex, and just do SEO and slow work on EP and EL. EL especially will take off in the new year, so if you've been doing some nice link building then you'll be OK.

One of the biggest mistakes, which everyone makes (including me) is trying to do too many things at once.

As you are saying, you need focus and focus means one direction, one product, one goal.

Choose just something ONE, and try to push it as hard as you can. Once you develop your own "system" of promoting a product, replicating the same thing on other niches will be much easier.

Re voting, I chose Everloss, because there are currently only few QUALITY weight loss products on Clickbank.....
