    Default About Motivation, Manifesting, Visualizing

I confess. I'm a New Age person. I believe that there is a lot of hope for the world because more and more people are watching movies like The Secret and searching for a better way so they are reading self-development books like Think and Grow Rich, The Master Key System, A New Earth, etc.

as an aside, Norb, the self-development niche is huge and I'd love, love, love to see you produce a product in that niche.

anyway, one of the newest things in this niche is MindMovie.com. The concept is really simple. Create a visualization movie of images, words and music that inspire you, and by watching your own "Mind" movies, you program your subconscious mind, and you attract what you visualize. Now not to take anything away from those of you marketing the MindMovie kit, because it is a great thing for people who just don't have the time to mess with software, but I just made my own little movie for free using Windows Movie Maker. I also used images I got for free at stock.xchng, and music from the new age category at Download.com Music. Then I used my own affirmations, and the result is the following short movie I watch every morning, and at night before I go to bed.
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

If any members want me to help them create a "mind" movie, I'll be more than happy to help out.

Here's to manifesting the life of our dreams and to our mutual success,
    Karen

    WoooOoT!!

That's awesome Karen. I too believe that you have to see it and believe it yourself for it to come to pass.

I would need to say that you and I are one in the same. Karen there are those that dream and those that simply do. Although they're a product of their own. Without one you cannot have the other. Yet they're equally different. 95% of the people in the United States dream but never apply themselves fully towards their dreams.

I used to take drives around by the multi-million dollar houses here in Miami (South Florida) and would say to myself. "Gosh ... what a beautiful house. I will one day live there." Within a short few years, I realized what I was doing wrong. I was dreaming. Let me explain something:

When a mother has a child and isn't very well off... what does she do? If she truly cares/loves her child she'll pick up multiple jobs, so that she can provide extra cloths and food. This is her thought and nothing will stand in her way. You might say, "well that is just survival." You are very right. What if you dedicated all that survival instinct into your dream?

Write down your dreams and hide it. Lock it up and never look at it again. Stop thinking about it. Done? Good. Now set goals that will lead to that multi-million dollar house (your dream). Example:

1.) Find a converting product w/ proper keywords
2.) Make one sale a day with that product (if you make a sale every other day - that is fine; it happens)
3.) Create more of what works
    4.) Make 50 dollars a day
    5.) Make 100 dollars a day
6.) Find other sources of income (different networks)
    7.) Make 150 dollars a day
    8.) And so on...

    Isn't that easier than...
    My dream:
    1.) Multi-million dollar house
    2.) 100,000 dollar car
    3.) 25 1/2 children (don't ask about the 1/2)

Most don't have the will power to just stomach their dreams. Goals help as stepping stones. Why is it that recipes are broken down into steps? If I simply said, make a leg of lamb marinated in a citrus rosemary marinade. Would you know where to start? Doubt it. Look at your dream as you would a recipe. Forget the dream for now and focus on the goals.

If you REALLY want that house, car, and vacations. Then go GET it. YOU ARE WHERE YOU WANT TO BE. Do EVERYTHING in your willpower.

    Cheers,
    Kevin O.

    Nice video, thanks for sharing.
I believe the greatest acknowledgment one can give another is to share a dream with them, there is something just so sacred about that .

There were many times in my past that I've felt absolutely hopeless, even so terrible as to contemplate suicide, but I decided my fault lay not in my stars but in myself and if life was a bitch, slap it and move on and so I did, and am all the better for it.

There's a poem I have written down on a paper and keep it with me always, reading it whenever I feel anxious or fearful of the future, written by Horace

Happy the man, and happy he alone,
he who can call today his own:
he who, secure within, can say,
Tomorrow do thy worst, for I have lived today.

Be fair or foul, or rain or shine
the joys I have possessed, in spite of fate, are mine.
Not Heaven itself, upon the past has power,
but what has been, has been, and I have had my hour.

This is already what the make money niche is all about. Some people do it better than others, but it is just a matter of using persuation skillz to make them think they got somethign of value and not fluff.

hey, all, thanks for the responses. I only shared this because it helps me keep focused on my goals and it is a pleasant way to start and end my day. I have manifested money and other things before, so I know the law of attraction works. I visualized meeting up with people who had similar goals to me, and I found Norb and this place woohoo!

Awesome! Tell the universe what it is that you want by projection of your energy, and the universe will respond.

Your video is borderline hypnotic, even to others.

I imagine it would be, sort of, for people with similar visions.
I know it puts me in a great frame of mind.
