Yes, he's a little unhappy about the police situation which is useless and won't do anything in any case - I would be as well.

And yes, leaving a warning is also a good idea - that's his bad. I personally know he's going through bad shit most people here wouldn't want to go through.

Definitely a step in the right direction on his behalf.

Not sure if going right to cops is what I would have recommended, kinda low blow'ish/rat'ish and perhaps not necessary - however for every action there is a reaction - and this one may well save face for him and make good with the crew here. For what it's worth life sucks sometimes and obligations/priorities do get juggled however mixing personal life with biz to this degree is not wise. Not accomadating your paid clients for this long yet viewing what was posted is the root evil, whatever the case it's good to see he'll honor his end at this point - would like to see whoever does go through with this to post their experience.

Can people who were complaining step forward and give updates?

Don't think it was fair to harass the guy with cops and then completely spacing out right after the issue is resolved.

He refunded everyone? Gave them content? Or just one/two people??

Dude no disrespect but - 'fair'? Now it's urgent ... . .that we.. . ... come in here to post damage control success?

What if people still haven't been refunded/satisfied - this is just going to perpetuate again imo... hope I'm wrong, and yes if you did get a refund or your content, please verify.

The guy has my email and my paypal, he has the orders I placed with him.

If he wants to write me my content he can, if he wants to build me my links he can, if he wants to refund me my $??? he can.

I am not going to ask for it, fuckit.

That is the wrong attitude as it encourages him to do the same again in the future as he was able to scam you out of money without recourse. It is clear he isn't going to do the work - it has been months... so putting in a refund request to claim what is rightly yours should be your course of action.

If you don't want the money yourself... claim the refund and donate it to the sponsored children on NC Forum.

No refunds done nor did he reply to my email.

I believe there are several folk on the forum i introduced him to that have applied for a refund. No-one has yet come forward and said they have received one. As soon as they do I will let you all know. I certainly have heard nothing about the money owed to me, and neither do i expect to.

I personally have no intention of begging/asking yet again for my money back, or at least the jobs doing that i paid for. If it was me i would have repaid this a long time ago, and so would most other folks....and i don't see why i should have to ask yet again. He knows who he owes money to, and its about time he did the right thing.

About the police.. Why is it wrong to drop them a line and get their advice on this. We don't know how widespread this was, and neither do you. I do know that there are a lot of good folk, and some good friends of mine that have been scammed..No-one that i know of got any sort of reply at all for the last 6 months or so...but as soon as the police are mentioned then we actually got a reply the same day. I personally don't want it to go as far as actual Police action....but....If the Police is what it takes, so be it, the answer is in his own hands.

Heres an update for you..

Two people have responded so far on the other forum, to my request for an update from them.

One said he has sent several emails and not received a reply, and the forum owner asked for a paypal refund and was informed that there was no money in the account to process his refund. Don't know any more details, just what they told me.

If i hear anything else i will let you know, as you asked. I don't expect to though, as most people say they have given up trying for a refund..tired of wasting even more time and being ignored.

I will point people to this thread - his re-introduction thread and advise people that Police action may be the only course of action...

High time I REINTRODUCE myself....

Maybe Bluffspot's prison guide is something Aeren should spend some of the fraudulent money on...
